Bring a pot of water to a boil and add egg noodles. Cook according to package directions.
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry. Set aside.
In fry pan melt the buttter and over medium heat add the flour. Stir to form a paste.
Add the milk and stir until smooth.
Add the grated cheese and stir in.
Add the tuna, blend into cheese sauce mixture, then add the reserved onions, cooked noodles, salt, pepper and garlic. Cood for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.
Other seafood could be substituted for the tuna.
When in the mood for noodles and not much time this makes a good dinner. Most kids like it to.
