Great quick noodle dish

"I enjoyed this, but my family gave it mixed reviews. The cheese sauce came together beautifully. Next time I would probably add some veggies - frozen mixed veggies or peas. The extra color would be nice."

Finely chop the onion and lightly fry. Set aside.

In fry pan melt the buttter and over medium heat add the flour. Stir to form a paste.

Add the milk and stir until smooth.

Add the grated cheese and stir in.

Add the tuna, blend into cheese sauce mixture, then add the reserved onions, cooked noodles, salt, pepper and garlic. Cood for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Notes

When in the mood for noodles and not much time this makes a good dinner. Most kids like it to.

This was really really good. It could use something with a crunch in it, but still good without it.

Good and easy. I used shallots to cover both onion and garlic instead and turned out great
