Suggest a better descriptionHeat griddle or large skillet. Brush 2 tortillas with oil. Place oiled side down on cutting board. Spread with refried beans. Sprinkle with chili powder.
Place on griddle. Top with turkey, tomato, green onions and cheese. Add remaining tortillas. Brush with oil. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until browned. Turn and cook 2 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into quarters. Serve with salsa and yogurt, if desired.
