You can substitute a graham cracker crust or use another type of fruit pie filling for a change of pace. Even the chilling time is flexible if you're in a big hurry.


1 8-oz Cream cheese; softened
1 3-oz Cream cheese; softened
1 cup Confectioners Sugar
8 ounce Whipped topping
1 8-inch Graham cracker crust
1 can (21 oz) Cherry pie filling

Original recipe makes 6



In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Fold in whipped topping; spoon into crust. Top with pie filling.

Refrigerate until serving.
