Drain the cottage cheese. Mix the jello and cottage cheese together if using the bailey's add to the jello to just moisten it or use the pear juice for the same thing. Mix until throughly pink all thru. fold in the fruit before adding the cool whip. let set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. serve in a bowl with mint as garnish.
