Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients except nuts and cherries on low speed of electric mixer for 30 seconds, increase to medium speed and beat 20 more seconds. Fold in pecans and cherries. Bake in 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan for 70-75 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing to wire rack.
