The sweet cherry tomatoes and cooking sherry balance out the Tabasco and garlic beautifully in this homemade, vegetarian pasta sauce.
1. saute onion and garlic in olive oil
2. add cherry tomatoes, basil, rosemary and simmer for 10 minutes
3, add Tabasco sauce, sherry, salt & pepper and tomato paste and simmer another 10 minutes.
4. serve over pasta of your choice, with fresh grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
