Great tasting Blue Cheese Balls that can be used as an starter, flattened and put over steak or stuffed into olives.


Rockford or Gorgonzola cheese
5 TBS Butter; Softened
2 TBS Green Onion; Minced
2 TBS Celery; Minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper; Pinch
1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Original recipe makes 1



Mix together and chill. While waiting prepare 1/2 cup bread crumbs mixed with 2 TBS finely chopped parsley. Form Balls out of chilled mixture and roll in bread crumb parsley mixture. Enjoy!
