Great tasting Blue Cheese Balls that can be used as an starter, flattened and put over steak or stuffed into olives.
Mix together and chill. While waiting prepare 1/2 cup bread crumbs mixed with 2 TBS finely chopped parsley. Form Balls out of chilled mixture and roll in bread crumb parsley mixture. Enjoy!
