Easy to make snack for any occassion
"Love, love, love this recipe! I have beem making this for showers, potlucks, holidays, you name it for years and it always gets devoured! I craved this when i was pregnant with my triplets too! Great to see it posted on Big Oven cause now I have it on hand cause everyone asks for the recipe!!"
Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside. In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

mama2elli 3y agoI made these in high school once. They were OK but I'm not really one for things with peanut butter. It's pretty easy to do so the kids can help. Just wanted to say thanks for putting the nutrition facts on here. It's nice to see someone do that.
