VINAIGRETTE
1/4 ts Cumin
1 c Cooked basmati rice
1 tb olive oil
2 ts Toasted sesame seeds
1 ts Sesame oil
4 Scallions; sliced
2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 Red bell pepper; diced
