Chicken - Creamy chicken and leek bake

Ready in 45 minutes


500 gm Chicken Breasts; chopped
2 Leeks; chopped
1 ts Garlic; minced
2 tb Flour - Plain
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 can Evaporated milk
1/2 cup Peas
1/2 cup Corn
1/2 cup Cheese; grated
1 cup Breadcrumbs
2 cup Pasta

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Cook pasta and drain

Cook chicken and leek in oil and garlic

Add flour and Mustard. Stir through

Stir in the Evaporated Milk, corn and peas

Add pasta

Stir through most of the cheese

Put ingredients into greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and cheese

Bake until brown
