Fast and easy. My husbands face. Tastes like it took all day to make...but sooo much easier!

so yummy. i made it for me and my brother one day and it was so simple. i used bowtie pasta instead of rice, chopped carrots instead of peppers(i hate peppers), and i used cream of chicken because i hate mushrooms. i topped off it all with a dollop of sour cream and cheese on top. so goo.

Instead of mushroom soup why not use mushrooms chopped and a chicken stock ? And instead of rice use taglietellia pasta so much better.

TIP: For 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken, in medium saucepan over medium heat, in 4 cups boiling water, cook 3/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed, 5 min. or until chicken is done. [I posted this recipe.]
