Ready in 45 minutes
An easy recipe for a larger dinner.
Mix 3 t water and ½ t salt in with eggs. Four chicken, dip in egg mixture, roll in bread crumbs to coat. Heat 5 tsp butter and 3 T oil in skillet. Fry chicken until golden brown (10-15 min). After frying, place chicken on paper towel to remove any excess oil. Place chicken in large 13x9 baking pan.
For sauce, heat ream, water and butter until butter melts – stirring. Add parmesan and parley – cook for 5 minutes – stirring. Top each piece of chicken with mozzarella, then cover with sauce. Bake 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees until cheese melts and becomes bubbly – do not cover.
