Place flour in one bowl.
Mix together eggs, roamna cheese, water, parsley and salt in second bowl.
Place bread crumbs in third bowl.
Dip chicken in each bowl and then brown in butter and oil.
Place in baking dish.
Combine cream, water, butter and heat until butter melts. Add romano and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour over chicken, top with shredded mozzarella and bake for 2 hours at 250 - 300.

ctooraenOnly cooked for one hour at 300. Also, subbed Parmesean for the Romano. Was out of Romano. Also added broccoli to the mix. Turned out very good.7y ago
