An easy and yet elegant meal to serve guests
Cut breasts into 1 inch pieces. Brown in 1/4 cup margarine...set in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Slice mushrooms and then sauté in rest of margarine. Sprinkle with flour, slowly stir in consume and sherry. Let thicken. Arrange artichoke hearts on chicken. Pour sauce over. May refrigerate. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes
