Creamy, rich and delicious!

"I followed the recipe except I added a bit more broccoli since it just looked like it needed a bit more. The recipe was good, it tasted like I would expect one of those boxed mixes to taste, but that's not really a bad thing considering it's meant to be an easy no frills recipe, and everyone in my family seemed to eat it right up (especially my 1 year old, he inhaled his whole plate)."

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1/2 oz. package linguine
1 cup broccoli flowerets; fresh or frozen
2 tbsp butter
1 pieces chicken
1 10.75-oz can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushr; 98% Fat Free, 25% Less Sodium or Healthy Request®
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

Prepare linguine according to pkg. directions in 3-qt. saucepan. Add broccoli during last 4 min. of cooking time. Drain well.

Heat butter in 10" skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.

Stir soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and linguine mixture into skillet. Cook until mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a mixed green salad topped with orange sections, walnut pieces and raspberry vinaigrette. For dessert serve almond biscotti.
