Suggest a better descriptionMix together flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add milk and form into a ball. Roll out on floured surface and cut into strips with a pizza cutter. Let sit for 30 minutes. Bring chicken broth, water, carrots, celery, onion, chicken, rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper to a boil. Cook until vegetables are soft. Carefully drop in dumplings one at a time. Cook 20 to 30 minutes until cooked through. Enjoy!
