1. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add carrots, celery, green pepper, and onion. Saute 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broth rice, chicken, tomato, salt, pepper and spices; simmer for 20 minutes (better if longer)/
2. Add peas; simmer 5 minutes or until heated through.
