good recipe for chicken lovers
1. heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat add the chicken and cook until browned, 3-4 minutes on each side. transfer to a plate.
2. add the kielbasa to the skillet and cook 1 minute, stirring often, until browned, transfer to the plate with the chicken. add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables begin to soften, 2-3 minutes. add the cheicken, kielbasa, broth, tomatjoes, rice, peas, olives and saffron threads and bring to a boil. reduce the heat cover and simmer until the rice is tender and the liquid is absored, 20 minutes. remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
