2 cups chicken; cooked & Shredded
1/2 cup avocado; cubed
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup green onion; chopped
1/2 cup walnuts; chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil; chopped
to taste black pepper
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
1 teaspoon honey
4 tablespoon olive oil
Bibb Lettuce

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Combine chicken, avocado, sprouts, onions, walnuts & basil in large bowl. Season with pepper.

In small bowl, whisk together lemon, dill & honey.

Slowly add olive oil to honey mixture whisking until it becomes thick and creamy.

Pour the lemon over chicken mixture and toss. Scoop chicken into lettuce leaves, enjoy!
