A very yummy and different type of pasta dish that any chicken bacon ranch lover will highly enjoy.
Cook chopped chicken in a pan with a little bit of oil ( olive or vegetable would be fine ) and cook and then crumble bacon.
Cook pasta according to box. ( i also add a little bit of oil in the water so the noodles don't stick together )
Mix in cooked and chopped chicken along with the cooked and crumbled bacon in to the pasta after cooked and drained.
To make the ranch Alfredo sauce start by melting butter in a sauce pan.
Add flour into the sauce pan with melted butter and combine to make a roux.
Add the heavy cream and stir continually until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat ad stir in the onion powder, garlic salt, and ranch and stir until well combined.
Add to pasta with chicken and bacon already in it and stir until pasta is evenly coated.
Then Enjoy!
I make my own ranch out of the packets from the store with a cup of mayo and a cup of milk mix with the seasoning, i make sure to get the off brand packet of ranch seasoning and it taste like diner ranch.
