1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine soup, milk, butter, salt, pepper and curry powder. Mix well.
3. Fold in the brown rice, cooked chicken, broccoli and half cup of shredded Cheddar cheese.
4. Transfer to a greased 4-quart casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese and crushed butter-flavored crackers.
5. Cook for about 40 minutes or whenever the internal temperature reaches 165° F.
6. Serve.
