Old favorite weight watcher recipe
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray 13x9 casserole dish with Pam.
Combine chicken broth, onion, and bell pepper in medium sauce pan. Cook until tender. Add mushrooms, milk, and cornstarch. Cook until it thickens and add jalapeƱos, garlic salt, and salt & pepper to taste. Add margarine and remove from heat. In casserole pan, layer tortillas, chicken, and sauce. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot through and bubbly.
