Easy recipe but next time I'll bake instead of frying

Delicious and easy to make. I actually used mozzarella because no one likes swiss in my family. It was a hit with my family.

This was a great dish. I baked the chicken in oven 350 deg. For about 40 min. Until it reached 165 deg. Need to spray baking pan with Pam so that breading doesn't stick

This was excellent. It as crispy on the outside and just plain delicious. I didn't cut the chicken into 8 strips. I just pounded 4 halves to 1/8 inch and followed the recipe
