Suggest a better descriptionCombine salsa chicken, cream cheese, and shredded cheese and mix thoroughly. Turn frying pan with shallow olive oil on stove to about medium. Wrap stack of tortillas in a paper towel or two and warm them for about 45 seconds in the microwave (if you don't warm them, they will crack when you roll them).
Sprinkle a little water on the hot olive oil every once in a while and when it splatters, it's ready.
When the oil is ready, add a little of the filling to each tortilla and roll. Note that they need to be warm or they will crack. Add each taquito to the oil and fry each side until golden brown.
Remove with tongs and hold each one vertically over the pan to let extra oil drip out before placing them on a paper towel lined plate.
Serve with homemade guacamole, sour cream, salsa, or whatever!
