Or you can make whats called Chicken Tortilla Soup with the same ing:
Brown chicken in soup pan with butter and garlic. Add soups and enchilada sauce. Mix. Add milk. Mix. Heat through and serve. Top with shredded cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream, diced jalapenos etc.
