In a mixing bowl, combine chicken and cottage cheese. In a microwavable bowl, combine Velveeta, soup and salsa. Microwave until cheese is melted, 1 minute at a time. Fill each torilla with 1/4 cup chicken mixture and roll up. Place in greased 13x9 baking dish. Cover with cheese mixture and bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes. or until hot.
