Suggest a better descriptionCook brown rice, aprox 40 min, can cook night before. In a large wok heat 1/3 of the oil & make a flat omelet with eggs, remove from wok, let cool & slice into small strips set aside. Slice chicken into small thin slices mix with tumeric, cumin & 1 tablespoon of the tamari sauce, heat another 1/3 of the oil in the wok & cook chicken aprox 5 min, remove from wok. Cook onion, garlic & ginger till onions are soft, add spring onions & peas, cook another few minutes, return chicken to wok & stir to combine add rice, egg, bean sprouts & remaining Tamari sauce. Season as required.
