Ready in 45 minutes
Easy to make, just add everything to the saucepan and let slow cook. Tastes great with pasta, potatoes or rice.
In a large saucepan saute margarine, chopped onions, chopped capsicum and parsley until soft.
Take saucepan off stove and put in paprika powder and tin of tamatoes, then return to stove,
Put in chicken pieces and be sure to cover them in the existing contents as well as possible.
Crumble in chicken stock cubes then pour some water over chicken just covering (approximately 1/2 to 1 cup, depending on the size and depth of your saucepan).
Cook slowly until chicken is soft. Turn chicken wings occasionally to be sure it cooks well throughout. Cook for about 1 - 2 hours or until chicken comes of bone easily.
Serve with potatoes, pasta or rice.
