partially thaw chicken (easier to butterfly), butterfly then cut it so you have 4 pieces. Cut your chilis in half and lay on top of chicken. take slice of cheese and lay on top of chili. roll it up and stick toothpick in. freeze or pre cook. 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
dont be scared to mix up the ingredients! i live in colorado so green chilies are always around and im a huge fan of pepperjack cheese. Great for a no carb diet and good for portion control.
