Suggest a better descriptionTake 1 head of Boston lettuce, seperate, clean and dry. In a skilled over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and saute chicken until brown. Stir in ginger, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and hosin and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanuts. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm wrapped in lettuce cups.
