1 clove Fresh garlic, peeled
1/2 Onion
40g Butter
500g Chicken livers, washed
30g Tomato puree
30g Brandy
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Sprig Fresh parsley
1 Bay leaf
2tbsp Cream
Extra butter

Original recipe makes 1 Servings

Servings  

Preparation

Place garlic and onion into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7

Add butter and sauté for 2 minutes at 100oC on speed 1

Add remaining ingredients and chop for 5-10 seconds on speed 7

Cook for 4-5. Minutes at100oC on speed 4

Place in a dish and cover with melted butter
