1. Mis together pepper, salt, and flour. Cost chicken with seasoned flout
2.In a heavy skillet heat oil. Place chicken into skillet and brown on both sides.
3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside
4. to the skillet, add wine and stir until wine is heated. Add juice, stock, and mushrooms. Stir to tos, reduce heat, and cook for about 10 minutes until sauce is partially reduced.
5. Return brown chicken to skillet. Spoon sauce over Chicken.
6. Cover and cook for about 5-10 mins. or until chicken is done
7. Serve sauce over chicken. Garnish with parsley.
