In a large bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add thechicken, onion, peppers, 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack cheese and 1/2 cup ofthe cheddar cheese; mix well. Add noodles and toss to coat.
Transfer to a greased 2-QT baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees Ffor 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and Panko bread crumbsthat have been tossed in the melted butter. Bake another 10 minutes longeror until vegetables are tender and cheese is melted.
Delicious casserole! I added a package slivered almonds in the casseroleand put all the cheese in the casserole and not on top as I used the 2%cheese.
