Simple, fast and easy meatloaf
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine meat, egg, seasonings and soup in a large mixing bowl. Add cornflakes a little at a time until you can ball up some of the mixture in your hand without deforming. Place mixture in a suitable glass casserole dish. Bake 50-60 minutes. Serve hot.
