Chicken noodle soup with passata

1 Onion; grated
2 Carrots; grated
200 gram Roast chicken; chopped
2 litres Water
1 pinch Salt
8 teaspoons Chicken stock; massell powder
1 package egg noodles; changs brand
250 mililiters Passata

Original recipe makes 6 Servings



chop onion and carrots in food processor.

Fry for a few minutes

add the roast chicken

add 2 litres water, chicken stock and salt

Bring to a rapid boil. Add the passata and stir.

Add noodles. Let simmer for 30 minutes
