Combine 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, 2 Tbsp. marinara sauce, pepper, salt and ground chicken. Shape into four patties. Broil 4 inches from teh heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees and juices run clear.
Top with 3/4 cup marinara sauce, mozzarella, and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan. Broil 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese are melted. Serve open-faced on a toasted ciabatta roll half.
