Suggest a better descriptionMix together bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, oregano, basil and salt. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then roll in bread crumb mixture. Arrange skin side up in a foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1-1/2 hours until tender.
Additional parmesan cheese may be sprinkled on top before baking.
NOTE: I use bone in chicken breasts, and take off the skin before using.
