There's nothing better than a good chicken parm!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Take out three medium bowls -- use one for flour, one for beaten eggs/milk and one for bread crumbs.
Dip each piece of chicken, 1 piece at a time, in flour, shaking off excess, then egg, then bread crumbs, shaking off excess.
Pan fry chicken in oil just until browned, then place in 9x13 pan.
Bake breasts until cooked to temperature, about 15-20 minutes. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbling.
Serve with spaghetti and sauce.
