A great simple and very tastly Chicken dish
Preheat Oven to 180c to 190c
Cook Rice as per Instructions
Take the Chicken Breast and cut to large cubes
Melt 100g of Butter in Microwave or in a pan on a low heat
Mix in the Garlic and Sour Cream
Mix the Chicken and the Butter, Garlic, Sour Cream togeather in a large baking dish
Mix in of the Parmesan Cheese
Sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan Cheese on the top of the dish
Bake in the Oven for 40 - 50 minutes or utill cooked
