Pound chicken breasts until they are uniform thickness, about 1/2 ".
Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another bowl and italian bread crumbs in a third bowl.
Coat the chicken in flour and shake off excess.
Dip the chicken in the egg and then in the crumbs. Make sure to get an even covering of crumbs on the chicken pieces.
In a skillet, heat enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the skillet to a medium high heat.
Brown the chicken pieces on both sides, adding olive oil as needed.
Place browned chicken pieces in a glass baking dish.
Cover with marinara sauce, italian cheese mixture and parmensan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
