Delicious breaded chicken with gooey cheese and marinara sauce over a bed of angel hair pasta.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Lightly beat eggs in shallow bowl. Put flour and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls. Dredge chicken breasts in flour, eggs, then bread crumbs. Heat oil in pan and fry chicken breasts until golden, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Place chicken on plate lined with paper towels to remove excess grease.
Cook angel hair pasta in salted water.
In baking dish, add pasta and top with cooked chicken. Pour marinara on top of chicken breasts and evenly spread cheeses over the sauce. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
