This is just like one of those frozen Bertoli's meals, but cheaper and, according to my husband, tastier.
Heat EVOO, garlic and tomatoes in a skillet. Add cooked chicken, basil, and olives. Toss with the cooked pasta and then add mozzerella. Serve immediately.
