This is an easy and quick recipe for dinner

"My fiancé said this dish is a much better pasta dish than you would find in a restaurant! It was so fast to make. I used veggie penne pasta and added a little chopped onion and yellow bell pepper while cooking the chicken pieces. I also added rehydrated sun dried tomatoes. "

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 lb chicken; cut into cubes
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 container basil pesto
1 container feta cheese
1 lb bow tie pasta
salt and pepper; to taste

Original recipe makes 8

Servings  

Preparation

Sautee chicken in Olive Oil (salt and pepper to taste)

Once chicken in cooked through, add pesto and 1/2 feta cheese, cook until combined and cheese has melted

At the same time, cook pasta

Drain pasta (do not rinse)

Add chicken mixture to pasta

Top with remaining feta and serve

Really good - the feta cheese is the secret of this dish. I made exactly as is except I had my own homemade pesto. I also put freshly shredded parmesan cheese on the top before I served. I will absolutely make this again!

1 lb of pasta - I have always used penne or ziti. I am sure others would work as well. Enjoy!

I did it with beef cubes instead of chicken and I added diced tomatoes and mushrooms and it tasted terrific!
