Suggest a better descriptionCombine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in ziploc bag. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add to bag with flour mixture. Shake until all pieces are evenly coated. Remove chicken from flour mixture making sure any excess flour is shaken off ( I use a slotted spoon).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 TBSP butter until butter is melted and bubbly. Add chicken pieces to pan and cook until chicken is golden brown and evenly cooked. Reduce heat and remove chicken from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Mix the white wine and lemon juice together and deglaze the pan with the mixture, making sure to get all the yummy brown bits off the bottom of the pan. Simmer the mixture for about 5 mins until reduced slightly, then whisk in the chicken boullion powder and reduce again for another 5 mins or so. Add remaining butter to sauce and stir until melted into sauce. Add the chicken back to pan and reduce heat to low, stir and simmer mixture until sauce thickens. Serve over rice or pasta noodles.
As with all my recipes, the measurements are approximate, I usually cook by taste, so feel free to adjust to your own taste!!
