Oven to 350 degrees. Place nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toast for 5-7 minutes until light brown and aromatic. Cool slightly and chop.
In a medium bowl combine nuts, chicken and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to fill ravioli.
Use with Basic Egg pasta. Serve with traditional red sauce.
