CREAM the cheese in food process or electric beater. DRAIN pineapple well. BREAK chicken into small pieces. ADD all ingredients except nuts to cream cheese. BEAT, until blended. REFRIGERATE mixture for several hours. AT SERVING time, press mixture into desired shape and top with nuts. SERVE with crackers.
