Chicken Pizza using the Walnut Dill Pesto as a sauce
Prepare a batch of Walnut-Dill Pesto. Fry the diced chicken in oil. Prepare the pizza crust and pre-bake in 400 degree oven. Spread pesto sauce onto crust, add chicken, tomatoes, black beans, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella. Bake.
