Suggest a better description1. Pound chicken breasts between wax paper until relatively flat
2. Lay slice of prociutto on each chicken breast
3. Sprinkle mixture of grated Cheese and grated Parmesan in centre
4. roll up, then roll in flour (with salt & pepper to taste) before pinning with a tooth pick
Use large frying pan, get extra hot with Olive oil and crushed garlic. When sizzling, add flour rolled chicken breasts to pan and brown on all sides. (Usually about 8 minutes total)
Remove and put in Oven for 25 minutes @ approx. 375 degrees

Sauce:
Bring to sizzle - 3 tsp olive oil & crushed garlic
drop in 2 cups of Oyster mushrooms for 2 minutes, then stir in mixture of:
- 1/3 condensed milk
- 1/3 c chicken broth
- 3 tbsp constarch
...until thickened

Remove Chicken from oven
Pour Oyster Mushroom sauce over top and garnish with fresh parsley
