Chicken Salad

2 baked chicken breast; (up to 3) shredded and refrigerated
1 can crushed pineapple
2 stalks celery; chopped
1/2 cup onion; chopped
1 tbsp pecans; chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard

Original recipe makes 4



In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Chill for a couple of hours. Add more or less mayonnaise and mustard to taste.
